Changing your email address

Your email address is your identity: it carries your cards, your contacts, your plan and your seat.

To change it, write to us. It is not a self-service switch, on purpose: an address changed by mistake locks an account out completely.

What we need. The old address, the new one, sent from the old one if you still have access to it.

Already lost access to the old one? Say so, and say which cards are yours. A person handles it rather than a form.

If you are a team member, your leader can also invite the new address and move your card to it — often faster.
