Closing your account

How. "Settings", then the deletion option at the bottom, or write to us.

What is deleted. Your account, your cards, your contacts, your statistics. Within thirty days, including from our backups.

Export first. Once it is gone, we cannot recover it. Take your CSV before you ask.

Your links stop working. Any QR code printed with your card's address stops opening anything. Take that into account if your card is on printed material still in circulation.

If you lead a team. Closing your account releases your members' cards instead of deleting them, and they keep thirty days of grace on their previous rights — time to move to their own plan.

If you hold a seat. Closing your account frees the seat for your leader.
