Inviting members

One person. On "Members", enter their email address. They receive an invitation, and their card already exists, built from your template. They add their photo and their name.

Fifty people. The "Import a list" button. Paste addresses one per line, or drop a CSV. Each line opens a seat, builds the card and sends the invitation. Failures are listed address by address without stopping the batch, and you can choose to send the emails or to collect the sign-in links and send them yourself.

An invitation lasts seven days. Resend it from the same page — immediate, and the old link dies.

Someone who never signs in. Their seat is held. Free it by removing the member, and it stops being billed at the next renewal.

Someone with their own Straby account can still take a seat, with a different email address. One account cannot be both covered by a team and subscribed for itself.
