The team template

A reference card, never published, that your members' cards are built from.

Create it. "Template", then "Create the template". You edit it with the ordinary editor — same tabs, same settings, no second interface to learn.

Choose what is imposed. Seven locks: colours and style, links, social accounts, capture form, cover image, company name, description. What is locked disappears from the member's controls: they see the content, without the buttons to change it. A fully locked tab is not shown at all.

What always stays theirs. Name, photo, job title. Not lockable, deliberately: a card without a face captures far less, and a person's name is not the team's to decide.

Apply to existing cards. "Preview" tells you how many cards would change before anything moves. Then "Push". Only what is locked travels; whatever the member put elsewhere is untouched.

New members. The "Apply to new members" switch decides once whether new cards start from the template.
