A contact did not arrive

Are you on Free? Only three contacts are visible. The rest are kept and reappear on Pro — nothing was lost.

Is your form on? In "Contents", the form item must be active. Switched off, it disappears from the card and captures nothing.

Did the person submit it? A form opened and abandoned leaves no trace. Test it yourself and look for your own submission.

Filtered by card? The "Contacts" page can be filtered per card. Clear the filter.

A team member's contacts are private to them. As a leader you see them only if they share.

Test submission that never appears? Write to us with the time of the test.
